The Elite Educational Institute was founded in 2025 by Lindsay Andronaco, Board Certified Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Owner and Medical Director of Elite Medical Spa.
The Elite Education Institute prides itself on being a well-rounded education center that not only focuses on a comprehensive esthetics program, but also includes continuing education courses for licensed estheticians, as well as other courses for nurse practitioners.

About the Program
Our esthetics program will provide you with all the tools and information you need to past your state board exam & become a Licensed Esthetician in the state of New Hampshire.
We offer a hybrid program that allows our students more flexibility in their day to day lives, while still learning everything they will need to successfully complete their requirements by the New Hampshire State Board of Barbering, Cosmetology and Esthetics.
What does a Licensed Esthetician do?
An esthetician is a licensed skin care professional who is devoted to improving the health and appearance of their clients' skin.
What will I learn in this program?
Students will learn several different types of services & modalities, which include but are not limited to:
- Facials
- Body Treatments
- Full Body Waxing & Speed Waxing
- Eyebrow Mapping, Shaping, & Tinting
- Manicures, Gel Manicures, and Pedicures
- Makeup Application
- And more!
Students will ALSO be fully immersed in theory knowledge, which includes but is not limited to:
- Ingredient Knowledge
- Skin Physiology
- Anatomy
- Electricity
- First Aid
- Business Basics & Social Media
- And more!
What is the ELITE Difference:
Students will get the opportunity to work on mannequins, other students, and real clients. Because of this, they will use their skills start building their book of business, hone in on their skills, and truly learn the ins- and- outs of being an esthetician.
In addition to performing services, they will learn how to educate every client, document after each appointment, create customized treatment plans, content creation (as a beauty industry professional), and book their clients routinely for their skin care treatments.
Elite also brings in Guest Speakers, goes on field trips to different types of spa environments, and witness live demonstrations by industry professionals.

Requirements for Admission:
- Students must be 17 years old or older.
- Students must have a GED/HS Diploma, or an anticipated date of graduation for either one of those programs.
- Student must be available for in-person clinic hours Tuesdays-Thursdays from 10am-2pm
*Students must have their application paperwork, document verification, uniform fitting, and handbook signed at least 15 days prior to class starts*

What is the Attendance Expectations and School Schedule?
Students are expected to be in school for a total of 600 hours, per the requirements of the New Hampshire Board of Barbering, Cosmetology, and Esthetics. If a student has to miss hours, it is their responsibility to make-up hours through the duration of their program OR at the end of their program (They can ask their instructor on how/when they can make up missing hours).
The weekly schedule is:
Monday & Fridays: 10am - 4pm Remote/Online Lectures & Activities
Tuesdays-Thursdays: 10am - 2pm In-Person Clinicals

What you can expect as a student from EEI?
Every student will be very well equipped to not only pass their state board exam, but they will learn many different skills & modalities to add to their repertoire of services that will make them very successful as an esthetician.
Students will also receive an iPad that has personalized access to Online Learning through our online learning platform that they can visit 24/7.
Lastly, our students will be able to connect with their instructors easily through Absorb, so if they need to set up extra time to come in to make up hours, or have any questions on the material they are learning, their instructor is a quick message away.
What resources will be available to you as a student?
As a student, you will have the following resources:
- Absorb Account: This is where the online portion of you learning takes place. This is also where you can communicate with your instructor and other classmates.
- iPad: This is the device you can access everything on, as well as take photos, create before & afters, and more.
- Pivot Point Textbooks, Study Guide & Exam Prep Books: to follow along with curriculum and test your knowledge prior to taking the stateboard exam.

What are options for financing your education?
We offer:
- Pell Grants
- In house financing (Put half down [$7,500] and pay the rest by the time you graduate)

How do you start your journey at the Elite Educational Institute?
Please fill out our application for admission.
Once the application is completed & accepted, we can begin to process your application for your apprentice license to the state board. While that is being processed, we will verify your onboarding documents, get you fitted for your uniform and sign your handbook.
Once all of the paperwork is completed, and your financial aid package is solidified, you will be ready for your first day of classes, which starts on Fall, 2025.
