With 18 years of nursing experience, Melina brings a rare blend of clinical excellence, artistic precision, and patient‑centered care to Elite. She has spent the majority of her career in critical care, working in the ICU in Nashua, where she developed a methodical and detail‑oriented approach that now defines her aesthetic work.
Melina stepped into the world of injectables in 2019, and quickly discovered her passion: helping people feel confident, refreshed, and authentically themselves through subtle, beautifully balanced enhancements. She specializes in dermal fillers, facial balancing, lip augmentation, cheek contouring, Botox, and microneedling, and is known for her ability to create soft, natural, confidence‑building results that honor each patient’s unique features.
