Prior to joining our med spa, Allison excelled as a Clinical Manager at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center for three transformative years, where she not only refined her skills in operations and patient care coordination but also developed innovative strategies that enhanced team performance and patient satisfaction.

Since embarking on her healthcare journey in 2009, Allison has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the industry, seamlessly integrating both clinical and administrative perspectives. Her unique approach focuses on leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to optimize the results our patients receive. Melina Wilson

With 17 years of nursing experience, Melina has dedicated her career to enhancing beauty and boosting confidence through her expertise in dermal fillers, including Juvederm, Botox, and microneedling. Specializing in lip augmentation and cheek fillers, she combines her medical knowledge with an artistic eye to deliver personalized care tailored to each client's unique needs.

Lauris Mercado

With over six years of nursing experience and a degree from Northeastern University, Lauris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice. For the past three years, she has specialized in aesthetic medicine, honing her skills in a variety of advanced treatments, including injectables, laser therapy, IV therapy, weight management, chemical peels, HydraFacial, microneedling, and skin tightening.

Lauris is known for her keen eye for symmetry and her calm, compassionate approach to patient care. She believes in developing holistic care plans tailored to each individual, ensuring that her patients achieve natural, beautiful results that enhance their unique features.

With 11 years of experience in the beauty industry, Kayla is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their absolute best. She began her journey at Shawsheen Valley Vocational Technical Regional High School, where she earned her cosmetology license. However, her love for skincare led her to graduate from the American Academy of Health and Beauty, previously known as the Laird Institute of Spa Therapy.

Committed to continuous growth, Kayla has completed numerous continuing education courses, including speed waxing, dermaplaning, teeth whitening, Cool Sculpting University, and Hydrafacial connect. In June 2023, she proudly became a licensed esthetics instructor, sharing her knowledge and passion with others.

Kayla's expertise encompasses Coolsculpting, dermaplaning, medical grade facials, chemical peels. speed waxing, and much more. She is thrilled to partner with you on your skincare journey and looks forward to helping you achieve your goals!

Sarah Urban

PA-C and Registered Dietitian

Sarah is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for nutrition and patient care. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship with Sodexho Dietetic Internship. Building on her foundation in nutrition, Sarah pursued and earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

With a diverse background in community nutrition, Sarah has worked with the WIC Program, providing essential nutritional support to families. She also offered medical nutrition therapy at UMass Medical Center in Worcester, MA, and provided nutrition counseling for clients seeking weight loss solutions.

In her role as a Physician Assistant, Sarah has gained extensive experience in general, trauma, and colorectal surgery, as well as emergency medicine, urgent care, and inpatient internal medicine. Her comprehensive expertise allows her to deliver personalized care and effective solutions for her patients' health and wellness needs.
